The Talent & Culture Coordinator supports the hotel’s Talent & Culture function by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, Team Member relations support, cultural initiatives, and administrative T&C processes. This role helps ensure a positive Team Member experience by supporting hiring efforts, maintaining accurate team member records, and assisting in the execution of culture, engagement, and compliance initiatives across all hotel departments.
- Supports recruitment efforts across property, including job postings, interview coordination, reference checks and offer letter generation.
- Distribute pre-employment requirements such as background checks and new hire paperwork. 
- Responsible for onboarding new hires, including paperwork, creation of  team member files and team member profiles in the HRIS system.
- Support in T&C programs, team member program scheduling, coordination, document preparation and facilitation, as needed.
- Champion team member communications such as internal newsletters, company intranet and announcements.
- Maintain accurate and confidential team member records and T&C files.
- Assist and track team member status changes, updates, and required documentation.
- Assist with internal audits, compliance initiatives and documentation maintenance. 
- Serve as the first point of contact for team members inquiries via phone, email or in person interactions, resolving basic concerns or escalating issues as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Talent & Culture leadership.
- 1–3 years of T&C, recruiting, and/or administrative experience strongly preferred (hospitality experience is required)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills are required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of Team Members is required
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information is required
- Proficiency in HRIS or applicant tracking systems is strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation are required
