We are looking for individuals who can embrace our mission to purposely brighten and enrich the lives of those we serve with HEART; Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect & Teamwork. The Wellness Revenue Assistant is responsible for ensuring accurate wellness evaluations and timely billing of Senior Lifestyle resident wellness program fees.  The position will ensure Senior Lifestyle private residents, responsible parties, and resident health care powers of attorney, as applicable, are notified of the assessment, service plan review and the associated fee schedule via traditional mail or electronic delivery.  The position will implement billing changes, reflective of the current assessment, in the Yardi Voyager system at the time of notice. The position will support the transition from manual to automated resident billing notification processes. - Reviews the Care/Service Discrepancies Tile in Yardi Voyager for residents requiring wellness package/service level notice and billing updates.   - Reviews resident EHR and confirms accuracy of evaluation.  - Manages daily distribution of notice letters and consolidated assessment forms to the resident, resident responsible party, and resident healthcare power of attorney or healthcare responsible party (as applicable), community executive director, and community business office manager for Senior Lifestyle residents.   - Manages the entering of managed service fee changes for the above referenced residents in Yardi Voyager.  - Audits the notices sent and rates scheduled in Yardi against rate implementation.  - Works with the communities and operational teams to resolve care billing and evaluation discrepancies.  - Review and analyze level of care variances and follow up on discrepancies as necessary.  - Supports the shift to an automated method of resident/responsible party billing change notification.   - Other duties as assigned.  Level of Formal Education: bachelor's or associate degree  Years of Experience: 2   Type(s) of Experience: Clinical and/or Accounts Receivable/billing experience in senior living preferred but not required Technical Competencies: Possesses working knowledge and ability to navigate computer software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and Excel. Yardi competency is preferred but not required. The position must learn Yardi EHR and Voyager functions and operate in these platforms daily.  Skills and Abilities:    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  - Strong organizational skills and ability to learn new software applications.  - Ability to follow instructions and produce consistent deliverables timely.   Information Systems: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word and Excel.
