WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 5 years of non-internship product management or product engineering experience, including 2 or more years building AI/ML-powered B2B SaaS products. - Working knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, and retrieval-augmented generation, with the ability to collaborate effectively with machine learning engineers. - Experience owning roadmaps, translating customer needs into software requirements, and measuring product outcomes. - Customer-facing product discovery experience with pharmaceutical logistics, quality, or supply chain operations users. - Familiarity with Python, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, Supabase, and Azure Kubernetes is relevant. Cold-chain, pharmaceutical logistics, or GxP experience is a plus. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: $170,000 to $200,000 annually, plus equity and health coverage.
