Forward Deployed Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE Join an AI infrastructure team helping products become more discoverable by AI agents. You will work directly with customers to implement the platform, connect technical solutions to business goals, and deliver measurable outcomes. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Partner with founders, growth teams, and developers to integrate the platform into their workflows and technical stacks. - Understand customer goals and develop implementation strategies that support measurable results. - Set up tracking and measurement systems to monitor relevant outcomes. - Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product direction and identify improvements. - Bridge communication between customers and internal teams to support successful deployments. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 1 year of professional experience in a technical or customer-facing engineering role. - Ability to work across diverse technical stacks and integrate systems into existing workflows. - Comfort translating technical implementation details into business outcomes. - Curiosity about AI systems and how products are surfaced within them. - Authorization to work in the United States. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS - Salary range: $100,000 to $150,000 annually. - Equity: 0.10% to 0.30%. - Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in San Francisco, California, United States.
