About the Role
At ARX Robotics, you will help keep the software behind our autonomous ground systems reliable, correctly configured, and ready for real-world use. Your work will connect software, hardware, and user needs, directly contributing to products built for demanding operational environments.
You will join an experienced team that will support your development while giving you practical responsibility from the start. This role is a strong fit if you enjoy hands-on troubleshooting, working with both technology and people, and seeing the impact of your work in the field.
What You'll Build
- Configure systems, flash firmware, and support software-related service tasks.
- Diagnose and resolve system issues onsite and remotely.
- Provide practical technical support that helps users operate our systems effectively.
- Deliver technical training and explain system functionality in a clear, accessible way.
- Contribute to product improvements through bug fixes and software optimization.
- Turn field feedback into practical updates together with Hardware, Customer Operations, and engineering teams.
- Create and maintain clear technical and user documentation.
- Travel to user locations across Ukraine to support system setup, maintenance, and issue resolution when needed.
What You Bring
- Basic confidence working in a Linux environment.
- Basic Bash knowledge and the ability to write simple scripts.
- A practical, systematic approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Clear, structured communication and the ability to explain technical information and user needs.
- A dependable approach to completing clearly defined tasks and seeking support when needed.
- Basic understanding of English and willingness to improve.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.
Nice to have:
- A valid driving licence and experience driving a manual vehicle.
- Experience in miltech, defense, software, technical support, or another technology-focused environment.
- Basic knowledge of hardware systems and hardware troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of C++ or Python.
