As a hands-on Lead Engineer and Architect, you will spearhead software architecture and technical execution for an enterprise-grade IoT asset tracking platform serving global industrial leaders across chemical, automotive, and energy sectors. Operating in an AI-first, fully remote environment, you will balance active coding with team leadership, system design, and process optimization. You will architect concurrent, fault-tolerant distributed systems using C# and .NET, oversee data modeling, and champion modern engineering practices like TDD and CI/CD. Beyond hands-on development, you will mentor a distributed team of engineers, drive internal AI tool adoption (such as GitHub Copilot), and collaborate with product teams to scale cloud infrastructure. This role offers an incredible blend of technical depth, leadership scope, and direct commercial impact across global supply chains.
