Your New Role - Independently manage residential HVAC service calls from dispatch through completion, taking ownership of your schedule and daily assignments. - Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems, including furnaces, gas boilers, heat pumps, and central air conditioning units. - Perform HVAC diagnostics to identify equipment failures, heating issues, cooling problems, and system performance concerns. - Troubleshoot and repair residential gas heating systems, with an emphasis on accurate diagnosis and dependable solutions. - Complete preventive maintenance, seasonal HVAC tune-ups, equipment inspections, and system performance evaluations. - Identify necessary HVAC repairs and clearly explain service recommendations and available options to homeowners. - Deliver professional customer service while building trust and maintaining Elm Air Conditioning, LLC's reputation for quality. - Document service calls, diagnostic findings, repairs, and maintenance activities accurately using ServiceTitan or similar field service software. - Maintain company-provided service vehicles, HVAC tools, equipment, and truck inventory. - Follow established HVAC safety procedures, industry standards, and company service protocols. - Work independently while maintaining communication with dispatch and the service team to keep daily operations running smoothly.
