Position Summary  TVG-Medulla, LLC is seeking a Wellness Event Coordinator (WEC) for our corporate location in Oak Brook, IL. Our Wellness Event Coordinators work within our Sales Department to support the success of Chiro One Wellness Centers' patient acquisition events.  The WEC is responsible for developing event opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting, coordinating events with client organizations, and supporting the event process through execution. This role manages essential communication between the Business Development Team, Wellness Sales Representatives (WSRs), and client organizations to support customer satisfaction, successful events, and continued business relationships.  Essential Functions and Responsibilities  - Follow up with inbound leads and conduct outbound calls and emails to identify and develop new wellness event opportunities.  - Research and identify prospective organizations and accounts for future events.  - Manage leads and event opportunities through consistent follow-up and effective pipeline management.  - Communicate with client organizations to coordinate and confirm event details, including date, time, location, and setup instructions.  - Build and maintain relationships with new and existing client organizations to support future business and community event opportunities.  - Coordinate with Wellness Sales Representatives to provide event information, updates, and changes needed for successful execution.  - Maintain accurate client, event, lead, and activity information in Salesforce.  - Process and coordinate event-related paperwork, including sponsorship applications, invoices, payments, insurance requests, contracts, and approvals.  - Partner with internal teams to ensure required payments, approvals, signatures, and other deliverables are completed.  - Communicate with prospective client organizations to understand their needs and recommend appropriate wellness event opportunities.  - Contribute to individual and team goals through event development, relationship management, and consistent follow-up.  - Uphold and demonstrate company core values, tenets, and commitments. Benefits: - Compensation & Financial - Bi-weekly pay cycle - 401(k) Retirement Savings Program with employer discretionary matching - Benefits & Wellness - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - Life and disability insurance options - Work-Life Balance - Paid time off, including holidays, vacation, and sick days  Minimum Qualifications  - Strong computer skills, including Outlook and Excel, with the ability to work effectively within Salesforce or another CRM.  - Strong phone presence and engaging communication style.  - Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.  - Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.  - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.  - Comfortable conducting outbound calls and emails to prospective client organizations.  - Persistent and positive approach to prospecting and relationship development. Preferred Qualifications  - Business development, inside sales, or sales support experience.  - Experience with Salesforce or another CRM.  - Customer service, customer success, call center, or event coordination experience.  - Experience managing leads or a sales pipeline.  - Comfortable working in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment. Job Competencies  - Relationship building and customer engagement.  - Lead development and follow-up.  - Problem identification and objection resolution.  - Strong verbal and written communication.  - Excellent listening skills - Organization and attention to detail.  - Self-motivation, initiative, and consistent follow-through  #ZR Disclaimer All team members agree to consistently support compliance and TVG-Medulla, LLC policies and Standards of Excellence with regard to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, adhering to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, accreditation, and licenser requirements (if applicable), and Medulla procedures and protocols.
