Role Overview Reporting to the Sr. Director, HR, you will partner with the HR Business Partner team in delivering people programs, projects, and day-to-day HR support across the business. You will support designated functions, including Managed Services and Support, serving as a first-line HR resource for routine employee and manager needs while escalating more complex or higher-risk matters to the appropriate HR Business Partner. You will support employee relations, performance and talent processes, recruiting, employee transitions, job and organizational changes, manager enablement, and HRBP-led projects. This role will flex based on business and HR priorities, including providing additional recruiting support during periods of increased hiring activity.
