As a Lead Data Analyst, specialised in CRM , you will play a crucial role in the Marketing Data & Insight team. Combining hands-on analytical expertise with technical mentorship, you will drive CRM analytics strategy while supporting and developing the team The missions, for you and the people you will mentor, will focus on bringing the appropriate support to the CRM team transforming complex customer data into actionable insights. As a lead, you will have to Empower and upskill the team members, guiding their technical and functional growth. Organize workloads and manage priorities.  Ensure methodology consistency and strategic alignment Be the guarantor for data accuracy, reporting standards, and quality of communication.
