- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in innovation consulting, R&D-intensive organisations, biotechnology, biomedical research or related innovation environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in healthcare innovation, particularly in areas such as advanced diagnostics, digital health, personalised medicine, disease prevention, hospital innovation or emerging medical technologies.
- Strong knowledge of European R&D funding programmes, particularly Horizon Europe Cluster 1 Health, IHI, EIC or the EU Cancer Mission. Familiarity with ERC funding is an advantage.
- Experience contributing to or leading competitive R&D funding proposals, with the ability to translate scientific and technical concepts into convincing project strategies.
- Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and collaborate with international stakeholders.
- Excellent written and spoken English, including the ability to communicate complex scientific and technical information clearly and persuasively.
- A proactive, client-oriented mindset, with an interest in business development and the flexibility to travel within Spain and Europe when required.
- Meaningful impact: Help accelerate innovative technologies and solutions addressing some of Europe's most important healthcare challenges.
- Growing team: Join an expanding Life Sciences & Health business area with opportunities to contribute to its development in Spain.
- International exposure: Collaborate with experienced colleagues, innovative companies and leading research organisations across Europe.
