Manager of Sales Finance

he Manager Sales Finance will work directly with Marketing and Sales to optimize sales spend efficiency through ongoing analysis and evaluation of merchandising effectiveness.                               RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage major Sales cost centers - Manage Month End reporting - Review targets and plans to ensure financial objectives will be met - Calculate ROI’s - Represent Sales in financial planning processes, and informs Business Development of key changes that are made to the budgets - Execute high-priority customer and division level sales analyses and develops insights to share - Identify sales spend risks and opportunities - Measure and report sales productivity and other factors that explain variances in performance - BS Degree required, MBA preferred - Minimum 4 years Consumer Package Goods Sales, Sales Marketing or Sales Finance - Minimum 2 years of responsibility for sales spending management and analysis $110K plus bonus
