International Accounting Manager

Fortune 500 Co., industry leader,  in Northern NJ           - Perform international month end close and identify/resolve issues that arise during the process   - Record and analyze transactions in accordance with GAAP - Perform variance analyses to ensure accuracy of month end reporting - Assist in researching and documenting technical accounting issues to ensure the company’s financial records are maintained in compliance with company policies and GAAP - Ensure accuracy of international tax policies, including year-end tax packages and legal framework - Prepare statutory financial statements and local annual statutory audits - Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations - Organize statutory financial statements and footnotes - Prepare and coordinate payment of international invoices with Treasury - Streamline accounting data and processes and work cross functionally across business units to design and implement changes.    - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required. - 4-10 years of progressive accounting experience required. - Big 4 public accounting background. - CPA required. - MBA PreferredStrong PC skills, including Excel, Oracle and Hyperion (HFM). 140K + Bonus
