You will source, engage, negotiate with, and onboard creators who meet specific campaign requirements across platforms, categories, geographies, and creator tiers. Working closely with senior acquisition, Creator Operations, Client Success, Sales, and Strategy teams, you will turn campaign needs into strong, timely creator pipelines. Success will be measured through roster turnaround time, first-round approval rates, and on-time delivery. The position combines high-volume outreach, relationship management, operational execution, and data-driven prioritization.
