Provider Compensation Analyst

This role provides analytical and consulting support across provider compensation programs and practices. You will work closely with Operations, Finance, Human Resources, providers, and other stakeholders to support compensation decisions. The position combines compensation analysis, benchmarking, forecasting, contract administration, and provider productivity insights. You will help evaluate compensation arrangements for Fair Market Value and Commercial Reasonableness while supporting compliant practices. Strong data accuracy and attention to detail will be essential when maintaining compensation workbooks, databases, and payroll information. The role offers an opportunity to influence compensation strategy while working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
