Associate Director, Engineering

This is a senior engineering leadership opportunity focused on building and scaling multiple teams that deliver modern, consumer-grade healthcare technology. You will lead the development of GenAI- and ML-powered experiences designed to make healthcare navigation simpler and more accessible. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will own a major technology pillar with significant autonomy and end-to-end accountability. The role combines people leadership, technical strategy, product execution, and organizational scaling in a highly complex healthcare environment. You will partner closely with product, design, and architecture leaders to turn ambitious ideas into reliable, high-performing digital experiences.
