Learning & Development Officer (Sales Trainer)

- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to support the needs of the Sales team in the field. - Conduct training sessions for the Indodana Sales team, including onboarding, socialization, and refresher training. - Evaluate training programs to ensure their effectiveness. - Conduct regular visits to Promoters to ensure the implementation of policies and procedures in the field. - Regularly review and update training materials. - Prepare regular training reports and documentation of training activities. - Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communications, Psychology, or a related field. - 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Trainer or in a related field. - Experience working in the fintech industry is preferred. - Proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs. - Strong presentation and public speaking skills. - Knowledge of sales. - Willing to travel for business purposes. - Placement in Jakarta (Plaza Bank Index / Wisma KEIAI).
