Working closely with data architects, delivery teams, and business users, you will ensure migrated data is fit for purpose, validated through UAT, and aligned to agreed acceptance criteria. This role suits a hands‑on Business Analyst who is comfortable operating in complex data environments, can navigate ambiguity, and is confident leading workshops and driving outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups. - Proven experience as a Business Analyst on data migration and system transformation programs, ideally within BSS/OSS or similarly complex environments. - Strong capability to identify and engage business stakeholders, system owners, and technical SMEs to understand existing data models and business rules. - Demonstrated experience leading requirements‑gathering workshops to document data mappings, transformation rules, validation logic, and acceptance criteria. - Experience validating source‑to‑target attribute mappings with business users. - Proven involvement in UAT planning and execution, including data validation and business sign‑off. - Ability to act as a trusted liaison between business, data architects, and technical delivery teams. - Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills. - Experience working in Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery environments.
