Technical Trainer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Trainer based in United States. The Technical Trainer will help develop and strengthen the capabilities of a growing team of electric and autonomous vehicle technicians across the United States. This hands-on role combines advanced automotive expertise with training, mentoring, curriculum development, and technical leadership. You will become a subject matter expert in autonomous vehicle technology while partnering with internal teams, engineering groups, and other stakeholders to translate technical developments into effective learning programs. The role covers both new-hire and ongoing training, with a strong focus on safety, technical knowledge, diagnostics, and continuous improvement. You will work across complex mechanical, electrical, software, and high-voltage systems while helping technicians confidently maintain next-generation vehicles. The position is highly mobile, with travel of up to 75%, and offers significant exposure to an evolving autonomous and electric vehicle environment.
