Senior Sales Lead – Europe (English Required; Spanish or French Preferred)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Sales Lead based in Spain. This is a fully remote senior sales opportunity focused on developing commercial relationships across Europe and selected international markets. You’ll own the commercial journey from initial consultation through client onboarding and structured handover to the recruitment team. The role involves engaging directly with senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers to understand organizational needs and establish strong commercial partnerships. You’ll combine consultative selling, strategic judgment, and relationship management in an international environment. Success will depend on your ability to manage multiple commercial conversations while maintaining a consistently high level of professionalism and follow-through.
