Project/Delivery Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project/Delivery Manager based in Germany. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of delivery across complex, cross-functional initiatives within a fast-paced international product environment. You’ll work closely with multiple teams, Team Leads, and stakeholders to turn business goals into clear plans and successful execution. Your responsibilities will span planning, prioritization, capacity, dependencies, risks, and day-to-day delivery coordination. Beyond keeping projects on track, you’ll help improve and evolve delivery practices based on real team and business needs. You’ll operate in a collaborative environment where priorities can shift and proactive problem-solving is highly valued. The role is particularly well suited to an experienced delivery professional who enjoys creating clarity, removing blockers, and driving initiatives through to completion.
