Product Designer - Communications

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Designer - Communications based in Canada. This is an opportunity to shape digital communication experiences that help clinics and patients stay connected between appointments. You’ll design thoughtful, polished interactions across text messaging, secure messaging, and staff notifications. The role combines strong design craft with customer research, product thinking, and close collaboration with developers. You’ll own smaller projects from early problem definition through launch, with mentorship and room to grow toward a senior-level role. You’ll also help strengthen consistency across communication experiences by working within and championing an established design system. The team values psychological safety, curiosity, customer closeness, pragmatic decision-making, and a high standard of craft. This remote role is ideal for a product designer who enjoys meaningful problems, close collaboration, and creating experiences that feel both useful and human.
