Pricing Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Pricing Lead based in Ireland. This is a strategic commercial role focused on shaping pricing strategy for a fast-growing European payments business. You’ll own the design, development, testing, and rollout of pricing models and go-to-market approaches across a complex, high-transaction environment. The role sits at the intersection of Finance, Sales, Operations, Technology, and Product, giving you broad visibility and influence across the organization. You’ll use market intelligence, financial data, supplier costs, and customer insights to build pricing strategies that protect margins while supporting growth. A key part of the role is creating scalable pricing tools and processes that enable fast, commercially sound decisions across regions and businesses. This is an opportunity for a commercially minded pricing leader to build new capabilities and have a direct impact on profitability and customer value.
