The Manager, Software Development will lead the engineering function responsible for building and delivering a next-generation tolling and intelligent transportation platform. This player-coach role combines people leadership, technical direction, and ownership of the software development lifecycle from planning through release and maintenance. You will work closely with product leadership to translate the roadmap into high-quality software delivered on time and within budget. The role oversees engineering capacity, team development, quality practices, release coordination, and technical execution across multiple concurrent workstreams. The technology environment includes cloud-native, event-driven microservices, modern strongly typed backend languages, TypeScript front ends, GraphQL APIs, and Kubernetes-based deployments.
