IP Patent Paralegal

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an IP Patent Paralegal based in the United States. This is an opportunity for a mid- to senior-level IP professional to support sophisticated patent practices in a dynamic, client-focused environment. You’ll play an important role in managing patent filings, deadlines, records, and portfolio administration across domestic and international matters. Working closely with attorneys, inventors, and outside counsel, you’ll help ensure patent matters progress accurately and efficiently. The role combines technical legal support, detailed docket management, research, and process coordination. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to improving filing and portfolio-management processes while working on meaningful intellectual property matters. Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities will be essential to your success. This remote position is well suited to an experienced paralegal who values autonomy, precision, and collaboration.
