D365 Project Manager, Managed Services

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a D365 Project Manager, Managed Services based in the United States. This role combines managed services leadership, enhancement delivery, and full lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementation management. You will oversee multiple client engagements while balancing support commitments, project delivery, resources, budgets, and timelines. The position offers the opportunity to lead strategic technology initiatives with significant business and executive visibility. You will work alongside solution architects, functional and technical consultants, developers, and client stakeholders. Success requires the ability to move seamlessly between operational support, smaller enhancement projects, and complex transformation programs. You will play a central role in protecting client satisfaction, driving decisions, managing risk, and ensuring successful transitions into ongoing support.
