CP&D Senior Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a CP&D Senior Manager based in United States. This senior leadership role manages a portfolio of schools, groups, districts, and/or school systems across the Eastern U.S. to strengthen partnerships and support high-quality programme implementation. You will build trusted relationships with senior education stakeholders and serve as a strategic point of contact throughout the partnership lifecycle. The role combines account management, programme development, retention, issue resolution, growth, and localized strategy. You will use data, partner insights, and local education context to shape effective engagement plans and improve service delivery. Working across teams and cultures, you will connect partners with relevant expertise, services, resources, and professional networks. The position offers significant influence over partnership outcomes while contributing local market intelligence to broader organizational decision-making.
