Client Services Manager - Legal/Immigration

This is a senior client services and operational leadership role within a global immigration services environment. You will work alongside senior leadership to develop and implement best practices that strengthen legal service delivery, client relationships, and day-to-day operations. The role combines client onboarding, workflow development, data integrity, reporting, process improvement, and strategic account support. You will collaborate closely with attorneys, partners, managing attorneys, business development teams, and operational specialists.
