We are hiring a Manager of Corporate FP&A, with a focus on G&A and Cash Flow Reporting to join our Finance team at our headquarters in either Denver, CO or Chicago, IL. This role is responsible for managing the monthly, quarterly, and annual Corporate G&A financial processes, including reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, cash flow reporting, and process improvements. A key focus will be supporting accurate cash flow forecasts and reporting across corporate functions. This position will coordinate the annual budget and reforecast processes, including administrative expenses and cash flow projections across departments. The role requires strong financial modeling and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to partner effectively with business leaders, internal stakeholders, and Blackstone. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, hands-on manager who can organize complex work, strengthen processes, translate financial data into practical insights, and support the development of team members. What You Will Do: The Manager will manage financial planning and analysis for Corporate G&A and cash flow reporting, delivering accurate, timely insights on performance across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles. This role will lead G&A forecasting and planning, coordinate the G&A review process, and partner with key stakeholders on variance analysis, cash flow projections, and the identification of key risks and opportunities. Key Responsibilities: · Lead cross-functional Corporate G&A forecasting and planning, including preparation and review of the annual budget and rolling and semi-annual reforecasts; partner with key stakeholders to analyze deviations and prepare clear explanations and recommended actions for senior leadership and Blackstone. · Track and report integration savings and support the identification and evaluation of additional savings opportunities. · Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual cash flow reporting and forecasting, including analysis of actual results against projections and clear explanations of key drivers, variances, risks, and opportunities. · Prepare and maintain enterprise-level financial and cash flow reporting and analytics, ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables are accurate, consistent, and useful to leadership and key stakeholders; help establish and document new post-integration processes. · Prepare property- and fund-level reporting and analysis for budgets, reforecasts, cash flow projections, and actual results. · Build effective partnerships with business and finance leaders, providing analysis and recommendations that support sound decisions and improved performance. · Partner with Finance Systems, IT, and business stakeholders to plan for future system implementations and enhance and optimize FP&A and cash flow reporting tools, improving automation, data integrity, scalability, and reporting efficiency. · Support process design and lead continuous improvement through standardization, documentation, cross-training, and day-to-day coaching and development of team members. What You Will Bring: · 7+ years of progressive FP&A, finance, or related experience, including experience with cash flow reporting and forecasting · Experience developing cash flow models and translating results into actionable insights preferred · Private equity experience preferred · Demonstrated experience managing complex FP&A processes and developing or supervising team members · Ability to handle highly sensitive data with discretion and confidentiality · Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex, data-driven insights clearly and concisely to senior leaders and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment · Advanced analytical and technical skills, including expertise in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong finance and accounting fundamentals · Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and drive results · Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field · CFA, CPA, or CMA preferred.
