Branch Manager Caloundra

Lead our Caloundra team and drive the success of a growing Rexel branch. Rexel Electrical Supplies, a part of Rexel Australia is one of the leading Electrical Wholesale and Distribution companies in the world and we offer customers innovative, sustainable electrical supplies and solutions in over 1,900 branches in 17 countries worldwide. Rexel Caloundra is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Branch Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch. This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused leader who can build strong customer relationships, drive sales performance and create a positive, safe and high-performing branch environment. As Branch Manager, you will play a key role in supporting customers across the electrical, trade and commercial sectors while developing your team and contributing to the continued growth of the Caloundra branch. Engage with customers, suppliers and sales teams to cultivate strong long-term working relationships.  Abou the role  - Leading, coaching and developing the Caloundra branch team - Creating a positive, accountable and customer-focused team culture - Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch across sales, warehouse, inventory and customer service - Driving branch sales, profitability and customer growth - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, suppliers and industry partners - Identifying new business opportunities and supporting the team to achieve sales targets - Working closely with Territory Sales Managers and the wider Rexel network to maximise customer and commercial outcomes - Monitoring branch performance and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives - Ensuring customers receive exceptional service and timely, accurate support - An experienced Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Sales Manager or Senior Sales professional - A proven people leader who can motivate, coach and develop a team - Commercially minded, with a strong focus on sales, customer service and business performance - Confident building relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders - Organised and capable of managing multiple priorities in a busy branch environment - A strong communicator with effective negotiation and problem-solving skills - Accountable, proactive and committed to achieving results - Customer-focused, with a genuine desire to deliver an excellent customer experience - Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining high operational standards - A team player who leads by example and is willing to get involved where required - Passionate about developing people and creating opportunities for career growthExperience in electrical wholesale, industrial products, building supplies, trade distribution or a related industry would be highly regarded.
