Read on.  Product at Morning Brew The Product team at Morning Brew Inc. brings together product management, engineering, and product design to build customer-facing experiences and the internal tools that support editorial and advertising work across more than a dozen brands. We’re a close-knit, high-performing team that cares deeply about the quality of our work and how we work together. We share ideas early, challenge each other thoughtfully, and learn across disciplines. We also keep experimenting with our tools and processes, looking for better ways to solve problems and deliver value. As a lean team within a growing organization, each person has meaningful ownership and the room to make an impact. We set ambitious, achievable goals and hold ourselves to a high standard, while giving one another the trust and support to do our best work. Morning Brew Inc. is based in New York City, and this role is remote-friendly for all candidates. OVERVIEW Morning Brew Inc. is looking for a sharp, execution-minded product manager to help scale the products and tools that power our Revenue org. You’ll own and improve internal tooling that members of the revenue org rely on every day, with the opportunity to build what they need next. This role sits within Product and reports to our SVP of Product. You’ll work closely with our Senior Revenue PM and a small, collaborative pod, with ownership of a defined part of the revenue product suite. It’s an ideal fit for someone who loves getting into the weeds with stakeholders to understand their workflows, is energized by solving complex problems, and wants to lead projects end-to-end with the support of a thoughtful team. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own a subset of our internal revenue product suite, from ongoing maintenance to net-new builds, with room to grow into owning other parts of the revenue tech stack over time. Potential areas of ownership include our Sales Intelligence Platform, ad content CMS, Brand Safety Dashboards, Inventory Management System, or impactful products that don’t exist yet. Work in a tight pod alongside our Senior Revenue PM, two product engineers, a data engineer, and a product designer. Lead projects end-to-end, from discovery and user interviews through scoping, prioritization, testing, training, launch, and iteration. Balance day-to-day platform health with bigger bets, improving the details that matter to users while advancing larger initiatives. Partner closely with stakeholders across impacted internal teams to turn workflow gaps into clear product opportunities, requirements, and priorities. Use AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, prototyping, and routine work, then test what you learn with users and make thoughtful product decisions. Define and track success metrics for your product area. Build trust with revenue stakeholders by communicating tradeoffs clearly, following through on commitments, and keeping them proactively in the loop. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE A relationship with revenue stakeholders grounded in trust, where Product is seen as a responsive, reliable partner that ships against real needs. Manual or spreadsheet-based processes are measurably reduced in your product area. Clear, well-reasoned roadmap decisions that balance stakeholder needs with platform scalability. Strong day-to-day collaboration with your pod across engineering, data, and design that keeps work moving without heavy oversight. A growing depth of domain expertise that positions you to own a broader slice of revenue product work over time. WHAT YOU'LL BRING 2+ years of product management experience, ideally at a media, consumer, or content company, or in an internal tooling role. Comfortable working closely with revenue teams, and genuinely curious about how they operate. Curiosity and hands-on experience using AI tools to improve how you work, whether that’s prototyping an idea, synthesizing feedback, or reducing repetitive work. You know when to question an output and validate it with people and data. Genuine curiosity about how media businesses make money, and excitement for the behind-the-scenes work that helps revenue teams do their best work. Strong user empathy, with a track record of turning stakeholder pain points into product decisions that lead to lasting improvements. Strong critical thinking, with the judgment to prioritize across competing asks. Deeply collaborative, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Well-organized with a keen attention to detail. A resourceful, open-minded approach to unfamiliar problems and a willingness to keep learning as the tools and business evolve. COMPENSATION $130,000 *Final offers for this job will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided, commensurate with experience.
