To support our continued expansion in the US, we are hiring across multiple operations roles: - Manager Finance Operations - Manager / Director Operations / Manufacturing Excellence - Manager / Director PMO / TMO - (Managing) Director Operations / CEO Portfolio Company What makes this role different This is not a typical consulting role. You will work directly within our portfolio companies and take ownership from day one: from initial assessment and strategy definition to hands-on implementation with teams on site. Your focus is always the same: drive measurable impact. What you will do - Assess operational performance and identify value creation opportunities - Define turnaround and performance improvement strategies - Lead implementation on site across operations, supply chain, finance or transformation programs - Work closely with management teams to drive execution - Implement lean principles, governance and performance tracking - Build sustainable structures and capabilities - ~3+ years up to senior leadership experience - Background in consulting, private equity or industrial environments - Strong operational or transformation experience - Hands-on mindset with clear execution focus - High level of ownership and decisiveness - Entrepreneurial thinking and ability to act in ambiguous situations - Willingness to travel across US portfolio companies - Real responsibility instead of pure advisory - Direct exposure to investors and top management - High-growth platform with strong deal flow - Entrepreneurial environment with fast decision-making - Culture: High impact.
