Project Superintendent - Waterworks Operations

  Role: Manage daily jobsite operations, including scheduling, safety, subcontractors, labor, quality, and site coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Enforce safety policies and maintain site security and cleanliness. - Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and field labor. - Monitor work for compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards. - Review drawings for constructability and resolve field issues. - Maintain project documentation and schedules. - Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and communicate with the project team.Requirements: - 5+ years of water & wastewater construction experience. - Experience with projects ranging from $1M–$40M. - Knowledge of all phases of construction. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. - OSHA 30 certification. - High school diploma or GED.
