Senior Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer based in Canada. This is a senior, hands-on engineering role focused on designing and delivering production-grade agentic AI systems for enterprise environments. You will build autonomous AI agents using an established enterprise AI stack, combining Glean with OpenAI/GPT Enterprise and cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP. You will own solutions end to end, from architecture and development through production deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement. The role requires treating AI agents as reliable software systems, with careful attention to retrieval, reasoning, permissions, actions, security, and observability. You will work on technically complex initiatives where reliability, scalability, and maintainability are essential.
