Project Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager based in Australia. This is an opportunity to lead the delivery of major residential communities across North West Sydney. You’ll manage complex, staged subdivision and land development projects from early planning and design through construction and completion. The role combines hands-on project leadership with strong commercial, technical, and stakeholder management responsibilities. You’ll work closely with Development Managers, consultants, contractors, councils, and approval authorities to deliver successful project outcomes. You’ll take ownership of programme, cost, quality, construction milestones, and practical solutions to emerging project challenges. The environment is collaborative and fast-paced, giving you autonomy to ask questions, solve problems, and influence outcomes. With a mix of site, office, and remote work, this role offers variety and meaningful impact on the communities being built.
