Paid Media Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Paid Media Manager based in Brazil. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced paid media professional within a fast-growing digital marketing environment. You will own a portfolio of client accounts from strategy and campaign execution through reporting and performance optimization. As the primary paid media contact, you will work directly with clients, present results, and guide strategic decisions without an Account Management layer between you and the customer. The role spans Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and multiple campaign formats including Search, Shopping, Display, Video, and Performance Max. You will manage significant advertising budgets while identifying opportunities to improve ROI and accelerate account growth. Starting as an individual contributor, you will also have the opportunity to grow into a formal team leadership role.
