- Pay Rate: $145.00/hr
- Location: New York, NY (155 Avenue of the Americas). Hybrid in NYC preferred, about 25% onsite and flexible; remote candidates in the Eastern time zone will be considered.

- Interview process: 3 roundsOur client's People Services team is looking for a Contingent Workforce (CW) Program Coordinator to help run the day-to-day operations of its contractor and contingent worker program. You'll be the connective tissue between hiring managers, staffing partners, HR, and finance, making sure every contingent worker is onboarded correctly, tracked accurately, and offboarded cleanly. This is a fast-moving environment where accuracy, organization, and clear communication matter.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the full contingent worker lifecycle: requisition intake, supplier engagement, onboarding, extensions, conversions, and offboarding.
- Manage worker records, requisitions, timesheets, and approvals in the vendor management system (VMS) and HRIS, keeping data complete and audit-ready.
- Serve as the first point of contact for hiring managers and contingent workers on program questions, policies, and process steps.
- Partner with staffing suppliers to track submittals, start dates, assignment changes, and compliance documentation.
- Work with HR, IT, Security, and Finance to make sure system access, equipment, and billing are set up and closed out on time.
- Track program metrics (headcount, tenure, spend, end dates) and prepare regular reports for People Services leadership.
- Spot gaps or friction in the program and help improve workflows, templates, and documentation.
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations, staffing operations, or program coordination.
- Hands-on experience with a VMS and/or HRIS such as VNDLY, Workday, SAP Fieldglass, or Beeline (strongly preferred).
- Fluent in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Calendar) and Slack.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of keeping accurate records across many moving pieces.
- Clear, responsive written and verbal communicator with managers, workers, and vendors.
- Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
- Able to work independently, prioritize competing requests, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.Bonus:
- Experience supporting a contingent workforce, MSP, or contractor program at a fast-growing tech company.
- Familiarity with worker classification, co-employment, and contractor compliance basics.
