Join our Customer Onboarding team, where we partner with hospitals and health systems to implement technology that improves patient flow, optimizes capacity, and helps patients get the right care at the right time.
As a Senior Program Manager supporting Inpatient Flow, you will own healthcare technology implementations from pre-kickoff through go-live, serving as the primary driver of the project plan and day-to-day execution. You will bring together customer and LeanTaaS teams to manage the many interconnected pieces of a successful implementation—from discovery and technical readiness to workflow alignment, testing, training, go-live preparation, and launch.
You will build and manage detailed project plans, drive customer meetings and decisions, coordinate clinical and technical workstreams, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure teams remain aligned and accountable to their commitments. You’ll anticipate what could impact the implementation, create clear paths to resolution, and keep customers and internal stakeholders informed and moving forward.
Our implementations range from individual hospitals to complex, enterprise-wide deployments spanning multiple workflows, facilities, and stakeholder groups. You will partner closely with Clinical Workflow Implementation Managers, Product Implementation, Data Engineering, Customer Success and customer teams to bring structure and accountability to each engagement and ensure customers are prepared for a successful go-live.
