Regulatory Reporting Consultant - BAU & Platform Integration

Location: New York Role Type: Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Reporting Consultant to support the ongoing operation, control, and enhancement of regulatory reporting processes while leading the integration and adoption of Report Hub within the target operating model. Key responsibilities: - Own and oversee end-to-end regulatory reporting across applicable regimes, ensuring submissions are accurate, complete, and delivered within regulatory timelines. - Monitor daily reporting activity, investigate exceptions, rejects, and reconciliation breaks, and drive timely remediation. - Support the integration, onboarding, testing, and operational adoption of Report Hub, ensuring a smooth transition from implementation into BAU. - Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, reporting vendors, trade repositories, and service providers. - Coordinate regulatory change initiatives, platform upgrades, testing cycles, and new reporting requirements. - Perform reconciliations, identify data quality issues, and implement controls to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency. - Produce management reporting, KPI metrics, and governance materials to support oversight and decision-making. - Maintain audit-ready documentation and support regulatory reviews, examinations, and internal audits. - Provide subject matter expertise on regulatory reporting obligations, reporting controls, and Report Hub capabilities.
