ABOUT THE ROLE
Join an early-stage enterprise AI team as one of its first engineers. You will build software that automates complex enterprise system integrations and migrations, helping make critical business infrastructure more reliable and faster to implement.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and improve the agent planning, execution, and self-healing systems that turn integration requirements into production-ready data movement.
- Work across connectors, data transformation, execution infrastructure, the web application, SDK, and MCP server.
- Design and operate reliable software that interacts with production enterprise systems and sensitive business data.
- Join customer conversations when they relate to your work and use their needs to guide technical decisions.
- Establish engineering patterns and standards as the team grows.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience building production systems.
- Strong TypeScript skills and experience building end-to-end applications, plus proficiency in another language such as Python, Go, or C.
- Experience designing critical infrastructure with sound judgment around reliability and scalability.
- Experience at an early-stage startup or similarly high-growth environment.
- Background integrating enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or data warehouse platforms, with experience in data migration, ETL, or distributed data pipelines a plus.
- Comfort working directly with customers on technical implementations or support.
- Open source contributions and familiarity with LLM or agent tooling are valuable.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Annual salary: EUR 90,000 to EUR 150,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, five days per week. Candidates must be willing to work on-site or relocate.
