NBCUniversal is looking for a Post Production Billing Manager! The Post Production Billing Manager is a key member of the Finance team supporting Studio Operations Post Production business (aka StudioPost). In this position you will oversee day-to-day billing operations, ensures timely and accurate customer invoicing, manages billing-related systems and processes, and partners with operational teams to resolve billing issues. You will also supervise billing and payroll support staff and plays an important role in the month-end close process.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise staff composed of a Billing Clerk and Payroll Clerk
- Serve as group billing lead managing all aspects of Sphere billing system
- Manage automated billing exports from two departmental subsystems into the studio billing system, including reviewing and resolving interface errors and billing exceptions.
- Respond to customer inquiries working closely with schedulers to resolve billing issues (SAP charge number, PO, invoice discrepancy) in a timely manner
- Prepare and distribute recurring operational and financial revenue reports
- Manage month-end close billing process notifying Schedulers and Billing Clerks of billing and accrual deadlines
- Update and maintain services and rates in ScheduALL Sound subsystem
- Provide documentation for internal and external audits
- Support timekeeping and activities impacting Sphere deals

- 3+ years of billing or related finance experience
- High school diploma or equivalentWhat Would Make You a Stand-out:
- Entertainment or postproduction experience
- B.S. degree in accounting or finance
- Knowledge of SAP, ScheduALL, Sphere, Timekeeper
- Demonstrated success leading process improvement, automation, standardization, and organizational change initiatives.
- Proven ability to navigate complex business environments while balancing multiple priorities and driving results.
- Collaborative leader with team-oriented approach to managingRequired On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.
