About the role

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is a leader in AI cloud infrastructure serving tens of thousands of customers. Our customers range from AI researchers to enterprises and hyperscalers. Lambda's mission is to make compute as ubiquitous as electricity and give everyone the power of superintelligence. One person, one GPU. If you'd like to build the world's best AI cloud, join us. *Note: This position requires presence in our San Francisco/San Jose/Bellevue office location 4 days per week; Lambda’s designated work from home day is currently Tuesday. We’ve built a lot of great resources for employees: onboarding guides, benefits pages, manager how-tos, and hiring FAQs. But we move faster than we document and maintain. We’re growing quickly. Things get out of date, hard to find, or inconsistent in tone. We need someone to own that problem end to end and make sure every piece of employee-facing content is accurate, easy to find, and sounds like it came from the same team. This isn’t a pure technical writing role, and it isn’t a traditional program management role either. It’s both. You’ll write, design, and edit, but you’ll also audit, organize, and measure. If you like bringing order to scattered information and quietly making everyone’s job a little easier (maybe even delightful), this is your gig. What You’ll Do - Audit employee-facing pages, websites, FAQs, guides, and policies. - Write and edit onboarding guides, templates, FAQs, and how-tos. - Set consistent tone, voice, and format across content. - Organize content so employees can find answers. - Fix pages and processes when something isn't working. - Track usage and feedback to see what’s working and what isn’t. - Coordinate with HR, Talent, on shared content. What You’ll Bring - 3 to 5 years in writing, content, or program coordination. - Strong, clear, creative writing and editing skills. - Comfort building style guides and content standards. - A sharp eye for content that’s outdated or hard to find. - Comfort tracking metrics like page views, clicks, comments, reactions. - Nice to have: experience with Notion, Confluence, Wikis. Why You’ll Love It Here You’ll have a front-row seat to the growth of a company shaping the future of tech, and you’ll have a direct hand in making that growth possible. We value speed, tenacity, creativity, and being excellent to each other. You’ll be a part of the Employee Engagement team. Our goal is simple: to be the most helpful team at Lambda. If you want a seat where you can make a huge impact every day and turn chaos into clarity, this is it. Salary Range Information The annual salary range for this position has been set based on market data and other factors. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
