Project Geologist

We are seeking an experienced Project Geologist to lead our site-based geological team and oversee exploration activities in accordance with industry best practices, safety, and environmental standards. The role will contribute to exploration planning, field supervision, geological data interpretation, and the achievement of key geological objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Plan and design exploration programs, including work proposals, target prioritization, budgeting, and cost-effective execution. - Lead and supervise drilling, logging, sampling, mapping, and surveying activities while ensuring compliance with procedures and industry best practices. - Supervise and mentor field and junior geologists and coordinate exploration activities with internal and external stakeholders. - Ensure accurate data collection, QA/QC, database updates, GIS integration, and geological interpretation, including maps and sections. - Prepare regular and regulatory reports, contribute to NI 43-101 and corporate reporting, and support project generation and exploration opportunities.
