Job Description The Contract Administrator supports financial activities for CFLS interior projects.  The incumbent will ensure accuracy in projects set up, invoice and credit along project progressions and report generation in reporting to corporate finance.   - Ensure job codes and projects are set up accurately in accordance with project contracts - Manage and advise payment schedules to stakeholders - Provide timely reports to corporate finance and project stakeholders - Administer and assist in contracts - Create customer accounts, payment schedules, and follow up with customers - Complete Invoice, credit and billing tasks - Update customer master data. - Perform other duties and responsibilities as required. - 1 to 3 years of experience in finance; and - College Diploma or Equivalent. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written as well as verbal) with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization in a professional, competent manner. - Team players with a positive attitude who takes initiative and have a strong work ethic. - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. - Excellent attention to detail, data entry, time management and organizational skills. - Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook. - Acumatica system experience would be considered an asset We thank all applicants who apply, but only those candidates who meet the above qualifications will be contacted for an interview.
