The company helps clients accelerate their digital transformation through a broad portfolio that includes consulting, application services, digital engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, platforms, and infrastructure services We are looking for a Business Partner / Portfolio Manager to act as the bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring strategic alignment and effective collaboration across multiple departments. This is a highly visible role that requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage with various business areas, including Marketing, Network, and other corporate functions. Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, understanding their needs and priorities. - Manage and oversee a portfolio of initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. - Act as the main point of contact between business and technical teams. - Collaborate with multiple departments, including Marketing, Network, IT, and other business areas. - Support decision-making processes by providing business and portfolio insights. - Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and priorities across the portfolio. - Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams. - Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to enhance business processes.Requirements - Proven experience in a Business Partner, Portfolio Manager, Project Manager, or similar role. - Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. - Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences. - Experience working with multiple business functions in a complex organizational environment. - Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. - Basic technical knowledge and understanding of IT concepts, enabling effective interaction with technical teams.Nice to Have - Experience in portfolio management, governance, or strategic planning. - Knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience working in large-scale or enterprise environments. - Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at different levels of the organization. - Availability to travel within Portugal when required; - Availability for occasional international travel; - Experience in multicultural and international environments is considered a plus.
