Northwestern Medicine Northwestern Medicine is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified, fellowship-trained Otologist/Neurotologist to join our expanding clinical practice serving the western suburbs of Chicago at Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital (Winfield, IL) and Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital (Geneva, IL).
This position offers an outstanding opportunity to build a high-volume clinical and surgical practice within a premier academic health system while enjoying the practice dynamics and quality of life of an established suburban medical community.
- Comprehensive evaluation and medical/surgical management of routine and complex otologic and neurotologic conditions in adult and pediatric populations
- Full spectrum of otologic procedures, including stapedectomy, tympanoplasty, ossiculoplasty, mastoidectomy, adult cochlear implants, and bone-anchored hearing system
- Multidisciplinary collaboration with regional subspecialists in neurosurgery, neuroradiology, audiology, physical therapy/vestibular rehabilitation, and medical oncology
- Participation in clinical quality initiatives, tumor boards, and regional growth strategy within Northwestern Medicine’s Health NetworkAbout Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage & Delnor Hospitals
Central DuPage Hospital (Winfield, IL): A 390-bed tertiary care hospital recognized consistently among the top hospitals in Illinois, featuring advanced surgical suites, dedicated inpatient neurosciences units, and comprehensive outpatient specialty care.
Delnor Hospital (Geneva, IL): A 159-bed acute-care facility renowned for patient-centered excellence, offering state-of-the-art surgical amenities to the growing Fox River Valley region.
Both facilities provide seamless integration with Northwestern Memorial Hospital and the academic faculty of the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. 
Community Highlights Located in Chicago’s western suburbs (DuPage and Kane counties), the surrounding communities—including Winfield, Wheaton, Geneva, St. Charles, and Naperville—offer exceptional public and private schools, vibrant downtown districts, extensive forest preserve trail networks, and immediate access to metropolitan Chicago via major expressways and Metra rail.
- MD or DO from an accredited institution; successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery residency
- Completion of either a one-year Otology fellowship or two-year ACGME accredited fellowship in Neurotology is required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery (ABOHNS), with Certificate of Added Qualification (CAQ) in Neurotology when applicable
- Eligible for an unrestricted Illinois medical license and DEA registration
