CoreWeave is The Essential Cloud for AI™. Built for pioneers by pioneers, CoreWeave delivers a platform of technology, tools, and teams that enables innovators to build and scale AI with confidence. Trusted by leading AI labs, startups, and global enterprises, CoreWeave combines superior infrastructure performance with deep technical expertise to accelerate breakthroughs and turn compute into capability. Founded in 2017, CoreWeave became a publicly traded company (Nasdaq: CRWV) in March 2025. Learn more at www.coreweave.com. What You'll Do: You'll join CoreWeave's Global Security & Resilience organization to build and drive the security program supporting our rapidly expanding international footprint — including offices we operate directly and locations where we support our data center teams. You'll work closely with executive protection, the GSOC, External Affairs, and cross-functional business leaders to protect our people and operations as CoreWeave scales globally. The Staff Security Program Manager, International Security will own and drive CoreWeave's international security program, with responsibility for global travel security, international office and site protection, global security partnerships and outreach, and support for executive protection and event security as needed. You'll partner closely with CoreWeave's Senior Manager, Corporate Security, who leads the domestic program, to coordinate standards, incident response, and shared protective operations. This individual contributor role combines enterprise program ownership with hands-on operational execution. You'll design and stand up a world-class travel security program — pre-travel risk assessments, traveler tracking and duty-of-care protocols, in-country support, and emergency response for employees traveling or working abroad. You'll also establish security standards for CoreWeave's growing international office footprint and the locations where CoreWeave supports its data center teams, in partnership with Facilities, Data Center Operations, and local leadership. A significant part of this role is external-facing: building and sustaining global partnerships with law enforcement, intelligence services, diplomatic security, industry peers, and trusted local security providers in the countries where CoreWeave operates. You'll also provide tactical, hands-on support for executive protection and event security as needed — including advances, logistics coordination, and on-the-ground protective coverage — both domestically and internationally. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, cultural fluency, and sound judgment operating in ambiguous, fast-moving international environments. You must be comfortable building programs from the ground up, influencing stakeholders without direct authority, working through a network of internal teams, contractors, and in-country partners, and delivering results with limited on-the-ground infrastructure. This role has no direct reports. About the role: - Design, build, and own CoreWeave's global travel security program, including pre-travel risk assessments, country risk ratings, traveler tracking, duty-of-care protocols, and coordination of 24/7 emergency response and evacuation support for employees traveling or working abroad. - Develop and maintain security standards, governance, and risk assessments for CoreWeave's international office footprint and the locations where CoreWeave supports its data center teams, balancing consistent global controls with local risk, culture, and regulatory requirements. - Build and sustain global partnerships and outreach with foreign law enforcement, intelligence, diplomatic security, and industry security counterparts, as well as trusted in-country guard force, investigative, and protective service providers. - Serve as CoreWeave's primary international security point of contact for new-market entry and international office openings, conducting site and country risk assessments and coordinating security coverage ahead of business expansion. - Drive program execution across internal teams, regional security partners, and contracted providers, establishing clear requirements, coordinating deliverables, and evaluating provider performance. - Personally plan and provide tactical, hands-on support for executive protection and high-profile event security as needed, including advances, route and venue assessments, logistics coordination, and on-site protective coverage domestically and abroad. - Translate threat, political, and protective intelligence into practical guidance for travelers, international offices, and business leaders, including country and regional travel advisories. - Coordinate with the GSOC, the domestic Corporate Security team, and internal response teams to ensure seamless monitoring, escalation, and incident management for international employees, offices, and events. - Develop budget recommendations, manage approved international security program spend, and oversee the vendor and travel-security-provider portfolio and technology roadmap, including traveler tracking and mass-notification tools. - Advise senior leaders and cross-functional partners in People, Legal, Real Estate, and Data Center Operations on international security risk and risk-informed business decisions. - Establish metrics to evaluate program effectiveness, traveler safety outcomes, partner performance, and risk reduction across the international portfolio, and use findings to drive program improvements. Who You Are: - You have 10+ years of experience across international security, travel risk management, executive protection, or protective intelligence — ideally including government, law enforcement, military, or corporate security experience with an international or liaison component. - You have direct, hands-on experience building or running a corporate travel security program, including risk assessments, traveler tracking, and emergency response for employees traveling internationally. - You have demonstrated the ability to independently own complex programs, establish priorities, and drive cross-functional results through expertise and influence. - You have experience building relationships with foreign law enforcement, intelligence, diplomatic security, or international corporate security partners, and are comfortable operating across cultures and time zones. - You have direct, hands-on experience supporting executive protection operations, including advance work, route and venue assessments, and on-site protective coverage. - You have experience assessing security requirements for new international offices, sites, or markets, ideally including facilities that support data center or critical infrastructure operations. - You can move effectively between strategic program ownership and hands-on operational execution, including personally deploying when circumstances require. - You demonstrate a high degree of discretion, judgment, integrity, and composure when working with sensitive information and high-stakes, cross-border situations. - You possess strong planning, communication, and cross-cultural relationship-building skills, and can operate independently in high-pressure or time-sensitive situations. - You are willing and able to travel internationally up to 50% to support office openings, travel security operations, partnership building, and executive protection or event assignments. Preferred: - Prior experience in federal law enforcement, the military, the intelligence community, diplomatic security, or professional protective services, particularly with international liaison or overseas assignments. - Experience building international security or investigative partnerships — for example, establishing joint programs, liaison relationships, or capacity-building initiatives with foreign law enforcement or partner agencies. - Experience building or owning security programs supporting rapid international expansion, in environments with ambiguity, limited local infrastructure, and evolving operating models. - Familiarity with data center, colocation, or other critical infrastructure security requirements in an international context. - Foreign language proficiency and demonstrated cultural fluency operating across multiple regions. - Experience managing international security program budgets, travel-security or intelligence vendors, and technology platforms supporting traveler safety. Wondering if you're a good fit? We believe in investing in our people and value the unique perspectives that diversified experiences bring to our teams—even if you don't meet 100% of the listed requirements. If the following qualities describe you, we'd love to start a conversation: - You love building security programs from the ground up that scale with a rapidly growing international footprint - You are just as comfortable personally running an executive protection detail or advance as you are building a partnership with a foreign law enforcement agency - You are experienced translating threat and risk intelligence into real-world decisions for travelers and offices around the world - You are an expert at building trust and coordinating across teams, cultures, and partners to deliver practical security outcomes, often with limited resources Why CoreWeave?
