Power BI Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Power BI Specialist to join our Analytics & PMO team within Integrated Planning. In this role, you will help strengthen data-driven decision-making across Global Wind Service by developing reporting solutions, improving data quality and translating business requirements into meaningful dashboards, KPIs and insights. You will report to the Head of Analytics & PMO and work closely with stakeholders across Integrated Planning, Operations, Sales, Finance, HR and IT. About the Role As our Power BI Specialist, you will take ownership of Power BI dashboards, reports, KPI scorecards and data models used across the organization. You will serve as a key collaboration partner between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring that reporting solutions are accurate, reliable and aligned with business needs. You will also contribute to the development of reporting standards, data governance and improved data quality across connected systems. Your Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, KPI scorecards and data models. - Translate stakeholder requirements into effective reporting solutions, meaningful KPIs and clear data visualisations. - Connect, transform and integrate data from multiple sources while ensuring accuracy, consistency and reliability. - Build and optimise DAX measures, Power Query transformations, semantic models and report performance. - Monitor and improve data quality, reporting standards and data governance. - Analyse business data to identify trends, opportunities and actionable insights. - Support stakeholders through documentation, training, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of BI solutions. - Collaborate with business teams to define KPIs and identify opportunities for stronger reporting and data-driven decision-making.
