Job Purpose Support the development of business from European source markets for the Rixos Hotels & All-Inclusive Collection portfolio in the GCC region. The role focuses on account servicing, prospecting, sales coordination and follow-up to increase brand visibility, generate qualified enquiries and achieve assigned sales targets. Key Responsibilities - Identify prospective tour operators, travel agencies, wholesalers and other relevant partners across assigned European markets. - Maintain relationships with existing accounts through regular communication, product updates and sales follow-up. - Promote the portfolio’s hotels, facilities, experiences and offers, matching recommendations to each partner’s requirements. - Conduct sales calls and virtual presentations, and participate in sales visits under the direction of the regional sales lead. - Prepare proposals, presentations and account materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with approved commercial terms. - Coordinate enquiries with hotel Sales, Reservations and Revenue Management teams, following up from initial request through to conversion. - Support contracting, rate loading checks and distribution of approved offers to relevant partners. - Assist in organising familiarisation trips, hotel inspections, roadshows and trade exhibition participation. - Monitor account production, booking trends and outstanding enquiries, highlighting opportunities and shortfalls. - Research competitor activity, travel trends and potential new business sources within assigned markets. - Maintain accurate account profiles, contact records, sales activities and opportunities in the designated CRM system. - Prepare regular activity reports and contribute to market updates and sales action plans. - Support cross-selling across the GCC portfolio and coordinate opportunities with relevant hotel teams. - Follow company approval procedures for rates, contracts, complimentary stays and other commercial commitments. - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business, Marketing or a related field preferred. - One to three years of experience in hotel sales, travel trade sales or a similar commercial role. - Exposure to European leisure markets and the GCC hospitality sector is an advantage. - Understanding of hotel distribution channels and tour operator and travel agency business. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM and hotel sales systems is an advantage. - Fluent English; an additional European language is an advantage. - Willingness to travel internationally as required.
