Production Assistant

You will work closely with team members to keep projects organized, assist with daily production needs, coordinate materials and resources, and help ensure operations run efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment where priorities can change quickly. Responsibilities - Assist with daily production operations and project preparation. - Coordinate materials, equipment, schedules, and other production needs. - Support team members throughout different stages of the production process. - Maintain organized production areas, files, materials, and resources. - Help track project progress, deadlines, and outstanding tasks. - Communicate effectively with internal team members regarding production updates. - Assist with setup, breakdown, preparation, and general operational needs. - Identify potential issues and communicate them to the appropriate team member. - Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. - Support additional production and administrative duties as needed. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Excellent attention to detail. - Reliable, professional, and able to take initiative. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to learn new processes, systems, and responsibilities. - Positive and solution-oriented approach to daily challenges.   At Catch Vibe Voice, we want our team members to have the opportunity to build their skills while growing with the company. - Competitive salary: $31,000–$35,000 per year - Career growth opportunities - Professional development opportunities - Opportunity to develop valuable production and operational skills - Collaborative and supportive work environment - Hands-on experience across different stages of production - Opportunity to take on greater responsibilities as you grow - Stable full-time position
